How to lose weight without dieting?

Im sick of diets, is there anyway to lose weight without dieting? Like what are some tips to lose weight and better you eating habit. Are there any special exercises to do to lose weight. Im only 15 so i cant buy anything.

    look at everything you put in your mouth and think is really good for me and you will second guess a lot of stuff you eat. it is a rule of thumb that i follow.

    The best way to lose weight is do lot of exercise. Exercise will help in burning unwanted fat from your body. Running is a good exercise. It is better to run early mornings as you will be fresh and will have lot of energy.

    You have to be determined to lose some pounds, if you see that you have lost pounds it'll incentivize you and supply yet one more ways to lose pounds fast.

    I have made a list of the food which I added into my hypothyroid diet to help here : Sushi Salt water fish Seaweed and other sea veggies like kelp do not fret if these foods appear a little unusual, there are a big selection of additions you may use to help raise your iodine intake , for example Thyromine.

    If you put a non flattering photograph of yourself, looking specifically fat, on the refrigerator, wallet, cell telephone wallpaper, etc.. Tip ten – basically eat…more? The last and doubtless most controversial tip on this list.
