I like your comment, it is very creative. As for the person who left the comment under you who was defending Monique, little can they see people are shocked at the fact that she’s fat saying these things. She could have at least said eat healthy, but who would take her seriously with the image she has?

Okay, first off she has said in many interviews that she does not condon obesity or being unhealthy, all she is saying is enjoy food, dont go around scared to eat beacuase of what you think somebody else might say! As far as you saying that stuff about God that is just disrespectful to God and every person who loves God! Understand what she is saying before you go nitpicking! DO YOU HEAR ME!

I like how she removes one letter and suddenly that’s a meaningful thing. So, remove D from God and you get Go. That means we should go away from god? NO lol. If you don’t have a healthy daily diet (lifestyle), you’ll die for sure from heart disease! Remove T from heart and you get Hear. Hear me?!

You bunch of ridiculously fat bitches…there is a distinctive difference between dieting and anorexia…learn it. Of course your gonna be sick if you starve yourselves. You fucking hypocrites tryna convince yourselves you enjoy your unhealthy body, talking about you wouldn’t change a thing, when you know damn well it tormented you throughout your childhood and adolescense. Complete satisfaction is a much better feeling than settling, or ”accepting”.

I love Mo’Nique’s campaigning on loving yourself.

    She speaks nothing but truth.

what I don’t understand is why look at someone and judge based on their looks. some people can’t help it if their a fat ass! Learn to love yourself no matter what size you are!

tons of skinny people… eat like a fuckin pig.. plus… what I don’t get is people are like fat people shouldn’t eat.. if you guys weren’t ignorant and retarded you guys would know by fact.. that you gain more weight when you don’t eat.. and also quit saying that people shouldn’t eat you didn’t buy their shit so don’t worry about get out of people’s business.

So short , but so true . I used to diet all the time b4 I found my confidence and it did nothing but bad things for my body . I truly belive that health is in organic foods and of course , getting out and being active . Im 25 years old and my best workout is running around outside with my 3 y/o son . The key to health at ANY size (Im a size 18 and fit as a fiddle) is to LIVE .

Similarly, it’s a parents responsibility to teach a child good values. If the parents teach the wrong morals or values, or if the parents force the child to eat or eat less, it’s possible they’ll develop eating disorders in their later lives.

Well first off, there’s genetic predisposition. Then there’s also childhood. My girlfriend’s entire extended family is horribly obese. This is because her dad grew up in a household of 10 kids, and there was almost never enough food. Now that they have their own lives, they all eat uncontrollably since they never had enough food.

True. Name one? I want to see if we have the sameone

  24. By Radolumbo on Jan 29, 2010 | Reply

It’s not an issue black and white enough to say that the media is the reason for eating disorders. Mental disorders have a lot of factors–there is no one cause.

Either way, we can sit here and have a educated debate as we are, but in the end its up to those individuals to chose whether they should continue to eat even though they’re over weight. And Mo’nique made her decision and she’s trying to get others to follow, in the sense that we shouldn’t force our selves to be skinny because of the media. You both have to remember its due to the media that this is why young women are becoming builimic and anorexic. But I do see both of your point!

telling people to eat more and more because big is beautiful. That’s not a healthy message–think of diabetes, cardiovascular damage, and all other health risks that stem from being overweight. We should encourage people to hold a healthy weight–not a big one or a little one.
