dont think about the food that you cant eat.Like when you focus on not eating a snikers so you eat a billion other things and in the end you still eat the snickers!

“Dieting” doesn’t mean to not eat and it should never leave you hungry through the day. If you are, then you aren’t dieting properly. When I try to lose fat, I’m full all day and night.

Reading, writing, playing games etc.
When distractions fail, just make substitutes. Drink water to make yourself feel “full”, without consuming calories.
